The human you ends up being molded through the ups and downs, backs and forths, and rounds and rounds of life. You are no longer the same after certain life experiences. But if you were able to learn, grow, and become a better person instead of a bitter or resented one, you already won. That was exactly why you came, and so you are making the most of your physical experience.

Each person’s experience is unique, so you cannot compare your unfolding with anyone else. It’s you versus you only. You don’t have to become better, kinder, wiser, or more aware than anyone else, just better, kinder, wiser, or more aware than you were before, say one year or one decade ago. It’s a down-to-earth evolution of your human beingness born out of your life journey.

Your soul is your full potential, but only a fraction of who you truly and eternally are is expressed in your humanness. Growing yourself toward your wholer, higher self as you live is what’s asked of you while you are here. And as you do, you end up embodying more of your soul’s light in physical form. That light not only strengthens you further as a person but also radiates outward, touching your acquaintances in meaningful ways that you cannot fully grasp. Sometimes you see the evidence of it—animals being drawn toward you or people in need finding refuge in your presence—but it’s never the broader picture of how you and your brighter light impact the world.

And all of this because something in you felt called to awaken and grow, just like the seed in the darkness of the ground feels called to germinate and find its way toward the sun—the essence of light above that can strengthen its physicality and support its growth and aligned expressions.
