Couples by Robbie Cheadle
My photograph contributions this week are selfies of my husband and I from our trip to Paris in April 2026. We rarely take selfies but when we see an iconic historical building or site during our trips abroad, I make TC take a selfie with me for our photo album.

Darlene’s commentary about her photographs below: When I think of couples, I think of my Mom and Dad. They were married for 59 years and made such a great couple. I always loved their wedding picture, taken in 1947. They loved to dance together and enjoyed visiting the Rocky Mountains.

South African author, photographer, and artist, Robbie Cheadle, has written and illustrated seventeen children’s books, illustrated a further three children’s books, written and illustrated four poetry books and written and illustrated one celebration of cake and fondant art book with recipes. Her work has also appeared in poetry and short story anthologies.
Robbie also has two novels and a collection of short stories published under the name of Roberta Eaton Cheadle and has horror, paranormal, and fantasy short stories featured in several anthologies under this name.
