twinkling festive sparks glow,
silent Yuletide carols drift,
hushed dances of dawn unfold.

waking glow, my bright parol,
tweeting birds, my morning bells,
gentle thoughts, my warm embrace,
my kind of Christmas.

my kind of Christmas,
unchained like sweet melody,
unscripted like swaying flurries,
I am myself.
