Playing with Food
We’re not at all hungry
But we still hunted
We took down a young wildebeest; delicious
Romping around will help
Build our appetites
The sun is getting hot
And uncomfortable
We collectively decide to move our kill
Together we drag it
Under a large bush
Hunger finally knocks
But before we eat
One sister takes a stroll to the road and checks
Who or what is lurking
Returns satisfied
