On the wing by Susana Cabaço

The swifts spend most of their lifetime on the wing. They are totally at ease in the air, maneuvering their flight with great precision while emanating a contagious joy. They are tiny but also mighty enough to master the skies, whether locally or on their long-distance migration. A truly epic journey that takes them back to the same place year after year thanks to their internal compass. Without it, they would be lost and doomed, like a speck of dust, disempowered on the expanse of the sky.

Just like the swifts, you too own an inner compass that assists you in navigating your human experience with greater meaning and lucidity. Not using it leaves you somehow at the mercy of the winds of life. You are not meant to go through life randomly, but to direct your route skillfully, in the same way the swifts do. Knowing your goal is important, whether it is related to basic everyday activities or refined soul dreams, for it’s after it that your inner guidance comes online. Ready to take you where you want or need to go, just as the swifts are led back to their nesting spots.

Certain things, however, such as overthinking and fear, may interfere with your navigation system and even disconnect you from your inner guidance. They shut down your intuition, leaving you just with linear mental reasons about your physical reality. And that may not be enough to point the best way. Because it uses higher coordinates and quantum maps, your inner compass integrates broader information that takes into consideration the vastness of you and of your journey. And thus, it always directs you for your greatest good, and it never fails you. But you have to be more tuned within—not so much without or only to your logical mind—so you can trustfully live, as the swifts on the wing, with greater freedom, joy, and meaning.
