Bleeding Howls by Scarlet Rose
Watchful winding woods,
Tranquil breeze catches a scent
Sorrow’s sour moods.
Falling foliage stills;
Crickets’ choral showdowns cease;
Salty droplet spills;
Selene’s serene smiles
Crash with misty amber eyes;
Why’s bridge million miles.
Long sorrowful howls,
Echoes of a shattered heart,
Pain pierces the breeze.
She howls through the quiet night;
To crimson dawn, she whispers.
