The more wise and compassionate you become, the less prone to suffering you are. Wisdom and compassion make a magic elixir that gives you immunity to many potentially stressful situations. Things may still not be perfect, but they won’t disturb you as much as before. The idea is not simply to end suffering but rather to favor the natural soul antidote for what’s causing you distress, which, ultimately, it is not the situation itself but your perception of it—suffering is always a subjective experience. It’s about cultivating inside universal wisdom and compassion, which naturally lessens the outer suffering experience. You are not fighting or running away from anything; you are simply getting closer to a higher greatness and goodness that is part of you and that you are part of innately. You are aligning yourself with your eternal essence and truth, the part of you that is beyond duality (suffering vs. happiness) and dwells always in divinity—in pure, never-ending peace, eternal bliss, and higher love, while intimately entangled with infinite intelligence.
A greater understanding and deeper perception of All-That-Is, from the simple aspects of life to the greatest complexities of Existence, physical and non-physical included, and a heart filled with a meld of non-personalized love and empathy, naturally beaming compassionate energy toward all, put you in a calmly comfortable place in life. A place where the unconscious causes of suffering, or the illusional prisons of ignorance and animosity, cannot hold you. Wisdom and compassion are indeed saving graces worth cultivating within for an advanced experience without. A wise and compassionate person is sunshine, warming and illuminating a cold and stormy world lacking sensible reason. Be that, now more than ever!
