«Life Is Too Short for a Bad Wine» by Precious Magdaleno
Not all grapes ripen into something worth savoring to your fine taste. Yes, you read it right! Here’s a glass; let me share it. But hey, you don’t have to drink from every glass offered to you, especially those brimming with bitterness, masked in crimson blues. Be careful, my dear.
Life is too short for a bad wine. It is far too precious to be wasted on those who ruin the feast with their madness. Let their words age into nothing but bitterness and resentment, even if they seem to relish them. Do not let them taste your precious attention or drink, and do not stay at tables where words burn to ashes, hearts bow down in pride, and love is never poured.
Instead, seek vineyards of kindness, where souls age in grace and love, flowing as richly as deep red merlot. And surround yourself with those who uncork the best in you, and toast to your light with an Amarone, savoring the sweetness of shared hope.
Raise your glass to them, to happiness, to love, to life.
And leave the spoiled wine behind, my dear love.
