The Stars Crossed the Zodiac by Miriam Costa

They were all made of crystals and fell into my imaginary world.
Flowers were born with violet colors and jaguar eyes,
They looked at me fixedly, they seemed to sway like my hair in the direction of the wind.
The lightning started flashing psychedelic images that were not hidden in the mountains, soon after, a girl had a hunch that our senses were at their extremities.

The most beautiful landscape seemed to hover within his flood eyes
The moon smiled wider than any funny joke, while my feet stepped on the grass, barefoot, causing an unreal amount of time. I was in no rush and there was no book waiting for me, ferns were coming out of my nails and the last centaurs were approaching happily.

The lover with the body of a cashew
The watch was left aside by a new boy, he was waiting for a hug from Osiris and in his veins I saw agriculture pulsating.

I took a sip of water and smelled honey.
I leaned against a tree that looked like a giant wooden sculpture,
All the gum fell out of my pockets and soon turned into drunken dwarves.

We laugh together and don’t suppress our dreams that already live in a box
Life at that moment was a universe spit out by Jazz angels
The endless night
Cotton candy near the goats and they enjoyed it
The body gets tired….
The eyelids felt heavy….
Somewhere I slept….
