Poetry is me. I am poetry. 

A kind of art embracing every single cell in the body. 
A life, breathing another life through words in a world unheard and unseen. 
Dreaming another dream, yet whispering out loud without fear of waking.
Were my thoughts bridging the depths of the soul, illuminating the darkness and the brightest stars that may fall.
And slowly dancing and lingering in the unfiltered and pure. 
No rules, not influenced by its past, but with acceptance of its truest expression that lasts.
I am my canvas, where I paint colors in the form of verse, sharing my heart’s deepest desires.

Precious Magdaleno is a Filipina night-time poet, artist, wedding planner, and crazy cat lady. She has written and curated two Filipino book anthologies, “Magkasintahan Vol. XXV and 2.0 XV,» under Ukiyoto Publishing and co-authored ten other poetry book anthologies internationally. She values her faith and family the most and draws inspiration from them in her daily life. She began writing after falling in love with classical arts and literature. She finds it therapeutic to write about anything that inspires her, and she will either write something worth reading or do something worth writing.
