Sample Poem from One Step Away from Epic by Ayan Ghosh

“One Step Away from Epic”

Never pick-up scattered grains. Be the best

Ant, make line for procession in silence.

Signals are cunning in spirit. Allow

Zebra-crossing to move forward.

Rain sharpen its spear

Tragedy is at hand. Fertility

Waits for women. Men struggle to

Feel the basic truth. Epic strives

To be addressed.

Stories hide behind the magic lantern…
