When Aaron Philip dies in an accident before he can tell Diya Awasthi that he loves her, he makes a bargain with God to grant him one week to confess his love. The catch? He can only speak to her at night when she’s asleep.

Aaron jumps at the chance, certain that he can finally fulfill his dearest wish. But an unexpected twist throws a monkey wrench in his plans, and Aaron is not so sure. As Diya mourns the death of her friend and Aaron becomes more sensitive to Diya’s needs, the story takes on a deeper meaning and moves in a different direction.

This bittersweet tale is beautifully written with keen insight into the human heart. The characters are likable, relatable, and sympathetic. The reader can’t help rooting for a happy ending.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and give it five stars.
