impractical yet necessary,
parenthetically pent up.

Here tuned-in steel cavorts
like masculinity. Altogether
preferable to a narrative.

BALACLAVAS ARE TO BE WORN IN THE KITCHEN

Vinegar in the poached eggs,
lime slices ere my eyes.
Nice bumping into you at breakfast.
A one-bathroom limit was never in question
two or more an indulgence.
Place your suggestions in the bucket
aesthetically formal then forgotten,
hidden by a stained white parchment.
Let us enjoy the sighs of discovery
or leave them to mature.
